The seventh image in the Tower set, depicting the arrival of both colonies to the foot of the tower. The weaker mechanist submarines recently ravaged by irradiated monsters, are forced to contend with turbulent storms, destroying the remainer of the fleet. Even some of the raditional powered airships have been downed by the storm.
